With your budget and unique goals in mind, we'll work together to establish a design. If you already have a design partner of choice - great! If not, we can match your project with an architecture or engineering team that best suits your individual needs.

Pricing.

At this point, we've nailed the design and will now begin the pricing phase. We send your project design out to our wide network of suppliers and contractors in effort to reach the best possible price.

Consents.

Once pricing is agreed and contracts are signed, all plans will be submitted to council.

Construction.
